Quality and continuous improvement

DOISTUAs corporate culture is based on the concepts of Total Quality and Continuous Improvement, as well as a permanent technological and organisational progress.

The ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 prove compliance with the highest international Quality standards.

The commitment to quality has remained and remains today as one of the key values in DOISTUAs development. A clear example of that are the following landmarks:

  • In 1975 it produced the first Quality Manual.
  • In 1990 it won the Q1 Quality Award by FORD.
  • In 1995 it was certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9002.
  • In 1998 it was certified according to the car benchmark QS 9000.
  • In 2003, it obtained certification of conformity to ISO 9001 requirements.
  • In 2003 it was certified according to the car sector benchmark ISO / TS 16949.
  • In 2012, it obtained certification of conformity to OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety at Work.
  • In 2013 it obtained certification of our Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001.
  • In 2021 it obtained certification of our Health and Safety at Work Management System according to ISO 45001.

DOISTUAs progress at all organisational levels has been based on the promotion of Continuous Improvement, initially aimed at improving the quality of products to meet customer and market demands, and in recent years to improve all areas of Management, seeking excellence Strategic Processes which generate value for DOISTUA and its customers, people and suppliers.
