In 1990 a strategy was adopted to export to the nearest European countries, and since then DOISTUAs export figures reflect an upward shift which is the result of the orientation of the company towards growing internationalisation and diversification of its markets. Today DOISTUA exports about 80% of its production to more than 20 countries.
The automotive sector and its ancillary industry (manufacturers of bolts and screws, shock absorbers, rubber-metal, transmission, steering, etc.) are the main recipients of DOISTUAs products, which also stands out as a supplier of domestic appliance manufacturing companies, railway construction, agricultural machinery, public works, signs and road safety barriers, metal structures, renewable energy, etc. and also provides the logistical distribution companies in all the industries mentioned.
