Code of Conduct

DOISTUA employees must follow these principles:

Always comply with the law and act according to this code.
Uphold the company’s values of integrity, transparency, and ethics.
Do not tolerate corruption or bribery.
Report any suspected irregularities to Management anonymously via the suggestion box.
Avoid conflicts of interest and report any to Management.
Treat colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders with respect.
Discrimination, moral or sexual harassment, or gender-based misconduct is unacceptable and prohibited.
Never work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
