hrough DOISTUA’s Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental and Equality Policy, management communicates to all staff the need to align all efforts toward the continuous improvement of the Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.

Management takes responsibility for leading the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality, OH&S and Environmental Management Systems, based on IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, aimed at business excellence, improving our competitive position in the international market, enhancing working conditions for all employees, and ensuring respect for the environment.

The policy provides a framework to develop:

  • An organizational focus on the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders by understanding and fulfilling their expectations and fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Teamwork and staff involvement in process management for personal and professional development through access to information, participation, consultation, planning of training actions, health and safety measures, and cross-departmental working groups.
  • A management model where interrelated processes form an integrated system contributing to the achievement of established objectives.
  • A system of continuous improvement and regular review, based on objective data analysis, to eliminate factors that negatively impact activities or pose risks to staff, stakeholders, or society in general.

SCOPE

The Quality, SST, Environmental and Equality Management System of DOISTUA, S.A. It is applicable to the activities included in the documentary support of said system for the production of washers and similar metal parts and the scope of application is the industrial activity for the production of washers and similar metal parts, excluding the design and development of the product and including the Specific Requirements of the Clients and the legislation.
